Contact Us is for technical help with the website. For example, issues with registering your business, retrieving password details via the forgotten password link or difficulties downloading or uploading tender documentation.

Contact Us is not for asking questions about the specification details of a tender: you must use the forum to ask these questions. The forum is found on the bottom of the Tender Details display page. Specific details such as account and business names are not published in the forum for other suppliers to view. When posting a question to the forum, do not include any business information (employee name or business name) in the content of the query. Council may publish the supplier query and Councils response for all to view. 

Please note, tender submissions sent to the LG tender box support email account will not be accepted. Any tenders sent to this email address will be nonconforming. Please refer to the tender display page, or your tender documents for instructions on how to electronically submit your tender response.

Please note, registering on the LG tender box site allows you to sign into the site and download or upload tender documents and participate in tender forums. Registering with this site does not give you pre-qualified status with any of the councils or public sector entities that advertise their tenders on this site.
