Display Contract Details WBW 209 18/19

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of three existing water mains and one new water main in Hervey Bay.

• DN200 Asbestos Cement (AC) water mains:
      – SP1 - Torquay Rd (Main St to Hunter St North and South side)
      – SP2 - Torquay Rd (Queens Rd to Denmans Camp Rd)

• DN200 Cast Iron (CI) and DN100 AC water main:
      – SP3 - Charles St (Old Maryborough Rd to Watson St).

The works involve the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new pipes and fittings in accordance with relevant specifications, drawings and standards to provide connection of the new water mains and customer service connections to the existing water supply reticulation system.

A non-compulsory Site Inspection is scheduled for 10.00am, Thursday 27 June 2019.  Address: Corner Main St and Torquay Rd Hervey Bay.  Please register your attendance by emailing WBWWS-Engineering@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, by 10.00am Tuesday, 25 June.

Tenders must be received via the LG Tender Box by 11.00am, Thursday, 11 July 2019.
