If you have downloaded tender documents for a specific tender on the LG tender box site you will receive emails that are issued for the tender to keep you up to date with the latest information released about the tender.
If you are no longer interested in responding to a particular tender you can unsubscribe from all email notifications in relation to that tender only. To do this you need to click on the link in the email - If you no longer wish to receive any notifications for this tender click on the link to Edit Your Subscriptions.
Log in to your account, hover over the Administration tab, click Edit my Subscriptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Tender Forum Post and Tender Details Modified emails for a tender means you will no longer receive any emails about this tender which may contain important information relevant to your tender response.
To reactivate these notifications, click the Off button on the Edit my Subscriptons page.
Your account will still be active on the LG tender box site and you will still receive New Tender Email notifications, if set up for your account. You will also still receive Tender Forum Post or Tender Details Modified emails for any other tenders for which you've downloaded tender documents. This action will only unsubscribe notifications from the particular tender you have selected.
