The Isaac Reginal Council has been undertaking refurbishment of the existing amenity building at the Dysart Swimming Pool, one of its aquatic facilities. The refurbishment has been progressively done in stages, and this document covers stage 3.
Stage 3 of the refurbishment works involves conversion of two thirds of the existing building area covering the café, disused amenities, and public area into an upgraded café with seating and kids play areas, an office and swimming club amenities. The upgrade also includes construction of a new outdoor covered area on the rear (pool side) of the building.
The Isaac Regional Council is therefore seeking tender offers from experienced building contractors to undertake the refurbishment works for the facility as detailed in this document.
