Renewal of the water mains on Mowbray River Road is programmed as one of the Douglas Shire’s capital works projects. The existing water mains (80 mm AC) from the Northern side of the new Diggers Bridge up to Spring Creek need replacement due to continual pipe failures. Douglas Shire Council requires professional contractor for Civil Construction Work to tender or this project.
