The Opportunity

Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale.


Council Services a population of 36,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture.


Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified labour hire services of personnel suitable to fulfil the requirements of the Resource Recover and Transfer Station Services tender.



Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Resource Recover and Transfer Station Tender No.1083T as per scope of services specification.


The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.


The Councils’ requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Technical Specification).
