This is a re-fresh of Tender 20018 - Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Vegetation Management. Tenderers that were successful with Tender 20018, do not need to reapply unless they are adding new services or removing existing services to their previous offering.

The following additional services have been added to this Tender include:

• Tree Lopping
• Minor vegetation clearing
• Other Ground Maintenance Services (Turfing, soil topping etc, excludes installation of irrigation equipment)
• Contractors providing labour, skills, knowledge and experience only (no plant or equipment).

Council provides a large range of vegetation management services as part of its core services to the community through its day labour workforce.

This tender is seeking suitably competent and equipped Contractors who are interested in providing vegetation management services (e.g. mowing and slashing, brush cutting, spraying, specialist arboricultural services/qualified arborists and tree lopping & minor vegetation clearing) to supplement Council’s operations for one or more of the following types of services:

• Urban Allotments
• Urban Public Space / Major Facilities
• Rural Roadside Slashing
• Rural Herbicide Spraying
• Specialist Arboricultural Services (Qualified Arborists)
• Tree Lopping
• Minor vegetation clearing
• Other Ground Maintenance Services

This tender also seeks to include suitable licenced, skilled, qualified and experienced contractors willing to provide their services and use Council’s plant and equipment to perform vegetation management activities.
