Description 

Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) employs around 400 – 500 staff and volunteers and is seeking an Electronic Safety Management System (ESMS) solution which will integrate via API with human resource, asset management and other software used by Council. As Council intends to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) which contains Quality Assurance and Environmental Management within the next twelve months, the ESMS should form part of a modular IMS which can address all these issues in accordance with relevant standards detailed below. The ESMS solution presented must be part of a larger system currently capable of offering these additional requirements as well as incorporating the Functional and Non-Functional Requirements specified in Appendix A of this document.

This contract will be offered for a period of two (2) years from commencement date with three (3) additional twelve (12) month extensions at Council’s discretion.
