GRC is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the construction of the External Works & Ancillary Infrastructure involving clearing and grubbing, site preparation, roadworks, civil works, services reticulation, retention basins, street lighting, landscaping and ancillary works for the Philip Street Community Precinct (PSCP).
Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) has Master Planned its property at Philip Street, West Gladstone for a mixed subdivision to support community, commercial and residential uses.
The initial portion of the master plan is to develop the Philip Street Community Precinct. This tender package is for Stage 1 - External Works.
