Design and construct of a retail (ground floor) and commercial (first floor) building and associated carpark, pedestrain access ramps and covered public area.

The scope of the works are limited to cold shell design and build only, eg no fit out except in common areas or as noted in the specifications.

A sketch design of this faciltity has been completed and the purpose of this Contract is for PIASC to engage a suitable qualified Contractor to complete the detailed design and construction the facility in accordance to the project objectives (as outlined in the Project Definition Plan and summarised below).

This project is fully funded by the Federal Government; Only Contractors  qualified under the Australian Government Workplace Health and Safety Scheme are therefore eligiable to Tender.

The building must provided approximately 1,200 m2 of leasable space over 2 stories and be constructed by end November 2019.
