Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) hereby invites quotations to engage a Contractor to perform Minor Works on for the Relining of Sewer and Storm Water Pipes in specified locations through-out the Gladstone Regional Council.


The work to be executed under AS 4906-2002 Contract is Sewer Main and Stormwater Pipe Rehabilitation using an insitu structural liner or patch and, where ordered, the insitu relining of the junction between the sewer main or storm water pipe and the lateral service. The purpose of the liner is to restore structural integrity and / or hydraulic capacity and to prevent infiltration and exfiltration.  The long-term design basis of the rehabilitation liners is 50 years.

Gladstone Regional Council hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified Contractors to undertake repair works and re-lining of Sewer Mains in Gladstone City, Calliope and Agnes Waters and Stormwater Pipes in the Agnes Waters and Town of 1770 and Boyne Island areas as listed.

Rehabilitation works shall be carried out by suitably qualified and experienced contractors, utilising equipment appropriate for the installation and to record sufficient information for the assessment of compliance against the relevant Australian Standards and Manufacturer’s recommendations.
