Description 

This RFT is for the first of three stages for the Transport and Logistic Centre, that being the development the Business Case, Procurement Options Analysis and Property Management Arrangements.

Overall the TLC Delivery Phase “Project” will consist of five components over the three stages:

Stage One

  1. Business Case
  2. Procurement Options Analysis
  3. Property Management Arrangements

Stage Two - to be called at the completion of Stage One

Engineering Detailed Design

Stage Three - to be called at the completion of Stage Two

Town Planning and Land Tenure Process

The TLC Delivery Phase follows extensive work over the last two years funded by Council and the Queensland Government.  A feasibility study has been completed which indicated net economic and financial benefits.
