Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor to complete the “Beautiful Bowen” Project Stage 2, which includes entry signage and associated landscaping upgrades to the following multiple sites:

Site 9 – Herbert Street Streetscape Works:

1. Footpath tile banding replacement
2. Signage and Wayfinding elements; 
3. Uplighting;
4. Irrigation works;
5. Furniture installation;
6. New concrete planter wall (section);
7. New planted road islands;
8. New Planting works;

Site 10- Roundabout Entry Sign (Livingstone St & Leichhardt St):

1. New concrete planter wall (section); and
2. New Planting works;
3. Signage and Wayfinding elements.

Site 11 – Roundabout Entry Sign (Livingstone Street & Herbert Street):

1. New Planting works;
2. New concrete planter wall; and
3. Signage and Wayfinding elements.

Site 12 - Finger Blade Sign (cnr Don St & Pantall St):

1. Signage and Wayfinding element.

The general scope of work includes (but not limited to) the hard and soft landscape works to the following areas:

1. Demolition and excavation
2. Earthworks and Final Trimming
3. Planting and soft landscape works
4. Hard landscape works
5. Lighting
6. Irrigation (design and construct)
7. Entry Signage (Steel Fabrication, Corrosion treatment, painting, transport and installation)
8. Drainage works

The Contractor will be responsible for the construction of all of the landscape works to the above works as outlined on the drawings.
