Description 

ISAAC Regional Council intends to upgrade the Storm Water Drainage System at Richard Austen

Crescent (RAC), Middlemount and Forrest Drive Moranbah to address the stormwater ponding issues

at these locations. The upgrade works includes construction of new inlets/gully pits, storm water

drainage pipes, overland flow path and open channel outfall structure.
