Isaac Regional Council invites Tenders to design and construct an ablution/change/amenity block in the area adjacent to the Moranbah Netball and AFL clubhouses.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, including building approvals, service connections, footings, Queensland Building and Construction Commission and Disability Discrimination Act compliance for parking, access and amenity fitout.
Tender responses must include floor layouts, details on the fixtures and fittings, cladding types, floor coverings and a visual representation of the proposed building or buildings
