INTRODUCTION

Logan City Council invites Expression of Interests (EOI) from Respondents for the Beenleigh Town Square Shade Solution.

The Beenleigh Town Square was delivered by Council in 2015 and is a key urban space that has been transformed from a six (6) way roundabout into a vibrant community heart. The development of Beenleigh Town Square has been driven by a desire from the community to transform the physical heart of the town into a place of cultural exchange and activity and includes:

  • A civic platform;
  • A pavilion structure that could accommodate a café in future; and
  • An open-air market space.

The scope of work for this EOI and subsequent design and construct tender consists of the creative design, fabrication and installation of a bespoke shade solution for the Beenleigh Town Square, and can include functional public art, landscaping or other shade solutions that are sympathetic to the design language of the existing town square.

THE FINAL DATE FOR ACCEPTING QUESTIONS

The final date for accepting questions regarding this Expression of Interest is 5:00pm Thursday, 14 March 2019.

Any questions after this date will not receive a response.
